The program aims at imparting knowledge and skills
to enable learners perform sales and marketing duties.
Purpose and Rationale of the Qualification
This qualification has been developed for people in the accommodation and
hospitality industry. It brings together elements of sales and marketing and
maintenance of relevant record. This qualification is applicable to all sectors,
from small restaurants to large-scale hotels.

The Course duration is 1 year and is broken down into 1001 hours in total.
