Organizational structure
The OIR organizational structure is a flat line management structure. International Relations for the male and female College are headed by Associate Professor Deborah Johnson.
The collegial process and executive authority are acknowledged as necessary to position PSCJ to bring about substantive, integrated, internationalization
in response to pervasive and rapidly changing global environmental demands. Internationalization,
viewed as an organizational adaption, requires its articulation by the PSCJ leadership while simultaneously institutionalizing a strategic planning process that is representative and participative in that it recognizes and utilizes the power of the culture within which it occurs.
