Accreditation
PSCJ students may take courses at other accredited colleges or universities and this academic credit may be transferred to PSCJ under the following conditions:
- The student submits an application to the Registrar’s office along with all official transcripts and course description from the colleges and universities he attended .
- The content of the transferred courses must match 80% of the course content of their counterparts at PSCJ.
- Only courses with a grade of (C) or above are transferable.
- The respective academic department at PSCJ will make the final decision on transfer of credit into its program.Courses accepted for transfer will be given a grade of ‘NP’ but will not bear on the GPA accumulated at PSCJ; however, credit hours transferred will be used to satisfy graduation requirements provided they do not exceed 50% of the required credit hours needed for graduation from PSCJ.
- A two-credit course cannot replace a three-credit or four-credit course unless in combination with another appropriate two credit hours course.
