Introduction
The PSCJ IT Center (PIC) is proposed for enabling the ICT Infrastructure, Educational Platforms and Administrative Software Components. These facilities and utilities will form the complete and integrated set of tools and enterprise systems required by PSCJ to achieve the different business and educational services.
