A major challenge for Saudi Arabian tourism and business operational staff, tourism managers and business managers is achieving sustainable tourism development and sustainable business industries within the Saudi Arabian context. Staff and managers will have to seek ways and means of reducing tension and friction created by visitors on the environment thus ensuring the conservation of the Saudi Arabian tourism industry for long-term viability. Business opportunities need to be created to meet the needs of female employment for Saudi Arabia and to provide sustainable options for female Saudis.

The PSCJ Ladies College will:
- Provide management-orientated tourism and business education emphasizing entrepreneurship and
incorporating the required practical skills and expertise;
- Be a key role-player in guiding educational policies and strategies related to tourism
and business development;

The PSCJ Ladies College recognizes the importance of female Youth as future tourism and business leaders
and wishes to sustain adequate and quality education and training for female Youth to make meaningful
contributions to the Saudi Arabian tourism and business industry, by means of further studies and personal
development. The PSCJ Ladies College can also play a role in preparing the female Youth for a meaningful
role in society by assisting them to expand their world view, acquire knowledge and skills relating to
alternate employment options, and contribute to them becoming well-rounded individuals. A prime function
of the PSCJ Ladies College is to provide services in the form of research and skills to develop tourism,
travel, hospitality, event management and business management as sustainable industries.
The tourism and business programmes offered contribute to the full personal development of each individual,
the learning area and society at large. The key focus of the programmes is to make the prospective student aware of:
